Hi All the army had a desert training facility, on the CA/NV US95 side, see the historical marker, to train US soldiers on camels and burros/donkeys, I think this was Patton, lvmci...

Cliff, we fly out tomorrow. Had a good couple hours with the Hollands. Love those peeps. Always bring a smile to our faces. Wish we could have connected with john (3:16) and cliff, but schedules are crazy. Just missed techno too. Anyway, Michigan got 17 inches of snow while we were gone and now they are getting pounded by a storm with 60mph winds, tornado warnings, and hail. Apparently we are hearing the power is out. We arrive Tuesday 2 am. Hope we have power

Thanks for stopping by Scott and Heather. Hey Mike (Red Rider), what will the dates be for Quartzite this year. We are traveling to Australia for a few months in early Jan and based on last years dates I'm not sure we'll be still here. Would love to be back with you all. Let us know. Craig

So true. We are home and all is well. But definitely cold. 29 last night. Bus is cozy as a cabin though
