Kohler Generators
« on: January 03, 2007, 12:15:53 PM »
There is a Kohler generator on ebay item 250066496992, 9kw, 136 hrs. Sound like it is a good price for a generator this size at this price. Is Kohler a good generator to consider for a conversion. Pros and Cons?

Seems to me like a very fair price. The man says that he has done routine maint. on it and with 130 hrs, it hardly ran much.

Kohler is a very good name in generators and, it's the 1800 rpm model so it is suitable for your bus.

You can use thoose wheels for a vibe damper. Huh.

I'm about 80 miles from where he is. If you need me to check it out, I'm sure I can do so for a small cost of my time..
