Driver's Mirror 4104
« on: May 25, 2018, 02:55:33 PM »
I moved to Prescott, AZ 13 years ago.  As long as I remember, there has been a 4104 parked in a lot off Hwy 89 here that hasn't moved (the bus, you jokers).  Now the property is for sale with the bus still parked on it.  The bus looks straight, Montana plates...
Question: the outside driver's mirror is framed above the windshield, and hangs down.  I have a 1960 4104 in my shop that has the driver's mirror mounted on the corner post and below the bottom of the windshield.  What year is the homeless 4104?

Let me see if I have it right the 4104's built for Greyhound had the mirror mounted low the tour operators and Trailways the mirror was mounted above the driver has nothing to do with the year model, the 4106 had the same setup.

Geoff you need some engine work ? if so call me, I have a customer with a liner seal is leaking on a 8v92 in a Prevost and I am booked for months

You are correct Clifford.

If you know of the whereabouts of a PD4501 Scenicruiser - I would like to add the serial number to my registry of surviving Scenics.
