Try clearing the cache on your browser. I appear to be signed in okay on that site.

Below is what it showed for three days now. I found that if you go out after this message and then go back in again it works fine. I let Ian know what was happening this morning after Tom texted me about it. Thanks :)

Hi guys,

I am not able to recreate the problem you're describing lvmci. All appears to be working fine. I haven't done anything to the software for a couple of months now.

Thanks all who are offering support and to Gary & Nick for letting this thread continue to exist!!

If it helps to find the issue, I'm getting the same message, on both MS Edge and Firefox - yesterday and today.

Could the "Not Acceptable!" phrase have anything to do with photos of coaches with their skins removed?

Happened again last night and then this morning at 10am PT.
If I go out from that page and reapply iD and PW it then is ok.

Hi folks,

Yep, I'm getting it too. Chrome and Firefox appear to be booting me out the same.

I will investigate further and hopefully have an answer or a fix or both, tonight. Thank you for your patience!

Ian
