The guy in Tenn is selling 4 =MCI 6's he is asking to much IMO
25 years ago my greatest desire was an MC-6 conversion. Loved the looks. After closer looks over the years, would be the last one I would consider. Too many issues. Odd ball wheel sizes, funny looking panel designs, major issues with floor design, headroom, glare from neat looking astro windows, nobody has any parts for them, etc. I think it would be easier to take an MC-7 and change the exterior looks to appear to be an MC-6. Go somewhere that has an un converted one and walk back 3/4 of the way inside and look forward. Those rear astro lites are so short, the only benefit is sun or glare in your eyes. How do you keep them from leaking. New seals? Where from? Etc.,Etc, If you have to have one, pony up the bucks and buy one that someone poured tens of thousands into to deal with all the short comings. People do this all the time in this country. Do you want a collectors item or a conversion to enjoy by using?
