Gary Hatt Eagle in the shop

Gary has been working today,the bus is jacked up he removed the axles getting ready for a new gear ratio (3:36) and rebuilt drop box for his next journey

no worries about corona virus as I read that greasy hands and face keeps the virus from sticking.  8)

Did you just have a 3.36 rear end lying around?  Where do you find these obsolete parts?  This stuff is getting scarce.   :o

It sure is a 3 lb POM and Buddy Sonja's standard puddle and the cat slaps both around

There was nothing wrong he was just wanting to drop the RPM on series 60

If I had a chance to isolate me and my bus in Mojave Valley I'd be all over that like white on rice.  I've never met him but already I know that Gary is a smart guy.

3.36 will give 60mph at 1629, 65 at 1765, 70 at 1901, 75 at 2036. And if you want really good mileage 55mph at 1493. Good Luck, TomC
