Docking a boat is actually very simple once you understand the one fundamental rule: you must get the boat and the dock moving at exactly the same speed.
We were having some work done on a 5th wheel at Bish's in Idaho Falls many years ago. They had a brand new truck camper in the bay next to us with the roof peeled off about a foot above where the truck cab would be. Guy picked up his new camper, drove home and drove into the garage. That would suck.
