Got photos. First here's the "good". I'll get to the bad and the ugly as we go. Outside it cleans up pretty nicely as you can see. Could still use a bit of pressure washer work on the top of the front cap but my pump broke so I had to stop before I was really done. The tires are 5 years old btw with full tread.

So, great running gear, pretty good external, and a couple of significant roof leaks that definitely need attention.

How to I tell who made the slider btw? I thought the jacks were HWH but they are not.

Jim

HWH will be on the control panel with a reset button, yellow light that stays on if blinking they won't work ,a in and out rocker switch  and a key I doubt it has HWH slides with the jacks the slides are probably Lippet or RV Products

OK the slider is an EZ Glide by Fleetwood.
The jacks are Power Glide.
The bleach has been doing it's work, the musty smell has diminished to where I can no longer smell it, though my wife might. Another application might be in order but I suspect it'd only be effective until the next rain until the roof is patched.

So, anybody care to guess at this point what would be a fair asking price for this unit?

It going to be up to you to decide a asking price, they are all over the map in prices ,there is one close to me on Face book market the person say needs a new fridge he asking $2500 for says it is drivable but who know drivable how far, here he probably doesn't if it leaks or not ,there one listed for $5000.00  or B/O similar to yours with a slide a year younger it doesn't look that bad

Also has a decent roof air that works. I'll be seeing my son Saturday, think I'll discuss it with him and maybe we can reach a consensus.
