Shameless Use of the Board
« on: April 02, 2006, 10:11:04 AM »
OK, everyone, here I am again.
It's sunday so I thought I would shamelessly clutter up the new board with an update on the East Coast Get together.
Again, it's Friday, May 19th through Sunday, May 21,
at Lake Honeydew Campground,
Timmonsville, SC
Exit 150 I-95.
And as a plus, if you can come in Thursday morning May 18th, a local regional TV personality is suppose to be here to do a news piece on Bus conversions and converters. Come early and get your Bus on TV.
I'm going to try and tape the segment and make copies for anyone that wants them.
More information is available at:
www.busconversionstuff.com/eventpage

Or you can email me at the address in members list.

... Come early and get your Bus on TV.

Tried putting my bus on TV once. Damn waste of a good TV. Crushed it all to heck!  They just don't make them like they used to.

Shameless? I don't think so. I think that is the purpose of the board.[/img]

Well, I see I got the photo attached, but I really do not know how for sure.

I also got one star now.

Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body. But rather to skid in sideways, chocolate in one hand, a good Reisling in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming:  WOO HOO, what a ride

Wow, Richard, That's the first time I've seen your new bus.
That's Cool!
Even if it isn't a GMC. LOL

Dallas, sorry to report that it my old bus that I lost a couple of years ago in an electrical fire. It was a 1980 Eagle (not everybody can have an Eagle) that I purchased in the late 80's already converted.

Shot of the Myrtlewood interior if it comes out.

Oh,
Sorry Richard.
I never had the Outside Pictures of your Eagle, But I do still have the interior shots of before and after the fire.
I use those pictures everytime I want to get lazy and not do the regular electric heater cleaning and blowing out of dust bunnies and cobwebs.
Any chance of a new arrival in the future?
