two buses, some super modded 1930's schoolie and a Custom Coach Landcruiser

the landcruiser was built on a champion Chassis and used Flx High level Front and rear Clips.

thjis one is nice on the inside but the exterior and mill leave alot to be desired.

lot 365 sells tonight.  Live action on Speedvision

another Custom Coach Flx Clipper will be at the las Vegas Auction in OCT.  same owner as the one that sold last year for better than 100K

Hi Doug,

Do you even want to try and take a guess at what Caroll Shelby's personal GT500 will sell for?

He has owned it since conception and it's showroom condition. Oh, also it's his 80th b-day...

I'll take a wild guess and say  2.4 million.

We will see saturday night...

Nick,
I think you can double your guess, and be just short of the final bid for that Cobra....

I cannot convieve the amounts of money thrown around.

Nick,
Didn't this blue cobra already go off at auction over New Years two weeks ago ? I have seen it advertised @ selling for $ 5 M. I believe the buyer was a Mr Pratt (?)

Take care and stay warm over this weekend. Still need to stop by, but I will be back in W. Va. this weekend getting my mothers home ready for sale. Not a good trip.

The Blue Cobra was presented as Carroll Shelby's personal car, built up to 800 HP.
That Blue Cobra went off for $ 5 Mil. to Ron Pratt.

Carroll Shelby took a quick ride in Pratt's turbine helicopter to his museum.

The blue $5 million Cobra was sold at the 2007 Barrett-Jackson auction.  The helicopter ride was featured on Speed channel's special TV series about special cars from last year's auction.

I've watched an hour and a half of today's action so far and selling prices seem to be way down.

Belfert,

Thanks for reeling me into reality,,,,

I just looked and it IS 2008, Crap, Too bad for Carroll, he could have made alot more money as I was selling the car several times over for him...... Things are selling lower, possible apprehension of election year?

Have a great day all. & Sorry for my mis/confusion...
