Someone drilled a hole in my fuel tank, pics.
« on: June 14, 2008, 09:57:31 AM »
I have been waiting to get my fuel tank back so that we could continue my slideout project. I picked it up on Fri., so today I was able to rinse it out and paint where it had been welded. The pass-through is for the drive tubing for the slideout.

Nick, I generally fill from the passenger side, but a nozzle will still pass by the tubing if I need to fill from the left.

Ya I see no problem with the nozzles hitting it! Nick those tanks are very large in fact huge, there are two of them one on each side of the bus, connectted at the bottom by a (what size is it Paul 1", 1.25", 1.5") hose. Looking awesome there Paul. I'm leaving for Orlando for a week today and then I have some time off and can hopefully come up and see it again in person! ;D  BK  ;D

I'll do my best to try and call you tonight or tomorrow.

We are staying on Industrial Dr., just north of Sand Lake Rd. at the Holiday Inn.

Not sure if we can meet for very long as I am here with a bunch of guys for some training. But I'll sure try.

My number is three 2 five 6 6 zero four 6 3 5.
