Chassis Details: Ladder style heavy-duty chassis on (10) airbags (New 2021) (Full Air Ride). 3-axle, with true dual tire tandem axles (10 Michelin XZA tires) (New 2021) on aluminum Alcoa Wheels, brakes on all axles. (6) Koni fully adjustable shocks. (3) 2” diameter custom-made sway bars with polyurethane bushings. Chassis rated to 60,000 lbs. GVW.

Exterior:

Complete restoration – 2011 – Bus always kept in a climate-controlled building The entire coach was stripped to bare metal.
Any panel found to have corrosion was removed and replaced – Approx. 25% of riveted panels were fabricated and replaced.

Front upper fiberglass cap adapted from eagle Bus installed to modernize front fascia.
Square headlights from Mid 1970’s Wester Star semi-truck installed in custom-formed aluminum panels
Front bumper modified from donor bus to fit, chrome-plated
Lower full perimeter side body trim panel modified from donor MCI bus – Chrome plated
Rear tail light panel fabricated to house 2006 ZO6 Corvette taillights and license plate panel
Full body epoxy sealer
Full body urethane primer surfacer block sanded to a perfect surface
