Full off grid preparations have been completed: 160 GAL fresh water (in-line filtration, water softener, on demand water heater, high volume pump) 1600 W solar panels (w/ dual solar charge controllers, 3000w inverter, ~500AH @ 24V Tesla batteries, full Victron suite – powers entire bus plus 1 AC unit at a time via solar with zero power concerns – I am a Utah Master Electrician) 20 GAL propane tank (way overkill but under mounted and super convenient) Wood Burning Stove (looks / feels awesome in the living area as well as subfloor prepped for hydronic radiant floor heating)

Conversion is 95% complete – minor finish work / trim / paint still needed. Willing to sell 100% for increased sale price, previously had a dream to travel (extremely comfortably) however now looking purchase first home.

This project has been a labor of love for over 3 years, one of a kind roof raise floods the entire bus with natural daylight, full closed cell spray foam insulation throughout walls and ceiling, dual pane residential tempered windows/front door installed throughout. I have spared no expense in creating an incredibly comfortable layout for 2-3 persons. All kinds of photos throughout the build highlighting key aspects (like radiant floor heating) if you’re so curious.

This project was a lifelong dream, I waited for the perfect 40′ 8.3L 6-Spd auto bus as the base platform, although the chassis has 240K miles, much of the drivetrain was rebuilt/re-maned before auction. This bus will honestly cruise (pulling a trailer) 75-80 MPH flat freeway. Brand new rear tires, steers 2018 and still in good condition. Although it seems “cliche” there is too much work into the bus to list, I am happy to answer any and all questions.
