Can anyone tell me about this bus?

Any one ever seen this streamline version? Any information?
A store front sign “TRANSATLANTICO” (above the bus) appear to be in the early 1930’s.

One of the bus train videos reminded me of "crack the whip."  Driver in the first section thinks he's all the way through the turn, hits the accelerator, and sends the little old lady in the third section flying.

It'd be a great addition to the Bob Newhart Bus Driver Instructor routine.
