I had a boat that colour once. Technically it's cerise rather than pink, but yes it's not a colour for shy people

That Allstate Charter Lines MC6 was was quite noteworthy many years ago.
Chessie -
That MC-6 was John's pride and joy. An original car, right down to the 12V71/4-spd powertrain. Came out of the Canadian Greyhound fleet.
He had the engine completely rebuilt by Delaney & Ahlf in Bakersfield, was set up for 500 hp w/o a turbo! IIRC, 2300 rpm with N70 injectors. Had to be very gentle on the throttle in 1st gear, engine had enough torque to twist the driveshaft into a pretzel if you got on it hard. Made it easy to understand why Greyhound US put 8V71T/HT-740s in their 85 units.
I was fortunate to take it on a local, one-day charter once - a real estate "fam tour" around town, never getting out of 3rd gear. That was a real treat, because John very, very rarely would let any other company driver pilot the "Pink Lady." Absolute monster of a rig! Last I heard, it was sold to somebody in TX, who promptly blew up the engine. Have no idea where it is now, or if it even still exists.
Scott Robertson bought a 6 last fall from a fellow in Clarkston, WA, that's a Canadian car. It's currently in Lewiston, ID, with a coolant leak that needs to be addressed before he takes it back to FL.

RJ, our first winter in Yuma in late 04 there was a guy up on the end of 53rd Lane, (Jim's street), that had a 6 and was from Spokane. His name was Jake, don't remember his last name, he sold his place in Yuma a couple of years later and sold the 6 too. Have always kept an eye out for it but never seen it again.

I found this one north of Elkhart, IN a few years ago. I have no idea if it is still there. The roof line is very distinct on these.

That almost looks like a FLXIBLE or DINA.
One never knows what lurks in garages, barns, or behind fences.

Almost? Definitely a MC-6. Many coaches of that age, or even now, have similarities to each other though. Nowadays you have to look at the emblem on the front of coach to tell what brand they are. Well at least some of us...

It's easy to tell a J4500 from a H3-45 but transits are often harder to ID.

I've been seeing a transit bus for several years in primer sitting off the road by a run down house. It was recently moved away from house down near end of driveway. Curiosity finally got to me so I stopped a couple weeks ago to see what it was. It turned out to be an Orion, probably with a 6v-71 or non Detroit.
