A good price if not Chinese that nut is for inner and outer aluminum wheels they don't tighten on steel wheels the shoulder is thicker than a steel wheel lol ask our leader Gary Hatt

Your local Napa should carry those nuts.  My Napa has a display with many boxes of differing sizes. They generally cost between $2.25 and $5.50 each depending on the length you need.  Patrick
