I understand some of you wondering what was going through my empty head when I talk about the little roll up door.
The front door 14 by 14. Placed 4 feet from the left wall because my bay doors are 36" and hinged at top. Little roll up is on side at back. Big enough to get things in and out that won't fit through man door but not wanting to move the bus. Concrete on side will have a shed roof that is on 10 foot posts on the outer edge and 12 feet high attached to building.
Building is for storage. It keeps the rain, pollen, hail and cold off the bus, and it gets it out of the driveway. Mission accomplished. Did I want bigger? Sure! But there was a budget. I'm not trying to do much work on things there. We will bring bus home (1/4 mile away) before trips and for unload. (We have 50 amp at the house). "Debt" is 35 long and 96" wide so the other part of shop is for winter boat storage. Noise not a huge factor as I don't expect to be in the building much but will look to buy a quieter fan. Back of building is where dog door for Mongo and fence will go.
All ideas and suggestions much apricated.

When I have my fan on most times I open the window on the opposite corner of the building for the cross flow and the fan is at the back were the coach exhaust is . I hate to leave the roll up doors open as I do not want mice , squirrels or other anamals or birds to get any ideas . I have not had any rodents in the barn in years . I'm thinking about getting a screen for the roll up doors cuz it sure would be nice for the light and freash air when working there

We have roll up OH doors on each end with screen frame inserts 8' high leaving the door at that height. At night the doors come down to sit on a screen frame 10" high & that keep the top panel leaned inward screen hung at the header there too so top & bottom of both door cross ventilate to cool the barn dawn at night except for summer when AC is running mostly - pest free.

Do good lighting go LED I am changing out my vapor for LED,makes for a huge difference have 6 sky lights in the building still covered with insulation that has never been removed because in AZ  I would get to much heat transfer from sky lights I think ,PS you never have enough outlies
