Do these generator prices seem low? I paid $1800 for a Honda eu3000is about 8 years ago.

The price is right for what they are selling ,you are not buying a Honda that will last 2 to 3000 hours

Ditto. What I can't figure is why there isn't a 2500W offered as that is the magic number to run one RV A/C. Predator is ok for the price. Their small gas engines for yard equipment is comparable to the gennys.

Probably because their version of a 2500 would not be able to take the load, hence 3500! Less quality, smaller price, but a good deal for light use and standby.

Suprisingly, Consumer Reports gave them good rating. Saw many in contractor's trucks on our out west trip 2 years ago.
