Allison HT740/6V92

Hi everyone, i have been a very long time viewer of this forum but the times come for some help.

I have just picked up a vehicle with an Allison HT740 drove fine but after a 300m drive, I noticed that it seemed to spray transmission oil all over the engine, all through the bay, basically everywhere (including up the road) This  is the time i noticed some minor water contamination in the oil. It seems as though it sprayed out under some pressure via the dip stick.

Got a new remote cooler, flushed the system fully, oiled it all up (not fully full, just under) and took it on the same short 300m drive. Drove well, very well actually but it sprayed out again, not as much as previously but still a fair bit.

Im taking the gauges, warnings lights as all working and its not shwoing normal and no temp alarms or warnings.

In a nust shell, im at a loss whats happening with it. Ive read all the manuals, manufactures manual with states, replace the seal in the dip stick  :-\

Can anyone shed any light on this? :-[

Have you checked the PTO cover for missing a bolt or loose, it may not be the dip stick, they will mist oil if one of the o rings on the cooler in and out feeds from the converter are leaking
