Rear seal

 Does anyone know if detroit makes a rear seal with a double lip, wet left hand rotation with a sleeve in it like the off brand seals and if i'm lucky a part number.

     23507225 wear sleeve

I doubt you find a OEM seal and sleeve since BMW owns the rights now they don't sell anything that doesn't sell fast, aftermarket is going to be your best bet, most come uncoated then you have buy seal coat to coat one to keep it from spinning in the bell housing or ping it,times have changed that $50 seal with the wear sleeve is almost $200.00 for the 2 now,check with DieselDash they are large DD dealer and may have a OEM in one of there centers www.dieseldash.com they have one in stock in Texas and Okla .FWIW in case you don't know the crank has to be coated with aviation Permatex no 3  when installing the wear sleeve or they leak between the sleeve and crank

No, because I never use aftermarket seals some fit ok some you can push in by hand  I prefer the seals from DD ,you can try a aftermarket it may work good for you
