4106 front wheel bearing ring nut tool

What does everyone do for the inner front wheel bearing ring nut tool? This is the ring nut with two holes for a pin drive socket.

I need to replace the front bearings and it requires 200lb torque to seat bearings so the right tool would be needed
As an alternative I was considering using the 2 1/2 lock nut to do job that then swap it out for the ring nut.

 Measure across the pin holes and buy a pin type  spanner wrench..>>>Dan

We make shifted using a piece of steel angle with two hardened bolts spaced to fit the hole distance.

You can buy the spanner for under 30 bucks on Amazon it the pins are to short you remove the pins and use longer bolts in place of the pins

They also sell adjustable pin spanners that work very well. Just have to buy one with the right size pins and then it will work on any pin spacing.

I have a OTC problem you run into is the pins are not long enough to reach those on some buses they are recessed to deep my pins are removeable so I just bolts for extra length
