1989 MCI 102C3 8V92 740 Auto. A work in progress.
Built for my family with 2 sofas in front, small galley, bunk room with storage and 4 bunks, side aisle, bathroom with corner shower, rear queen island bed.
After we brought it home, it stayed in my shop for 5 months before we could afford to work on it. I had it painted when I bought it. We started in earnest on the interior 1/1/05 and took our first overnight trip in March over spring break. Over Memorial Day of '05 we headed to NYC and Washington, D.C.
Spring Break of 2006 found us in Orlando for a week. We've made several shorter trips in addition to these.
And no, the interior is still not completed, but it is functional.

OK,
I've been asked about a dozen times to postpictures of my bus. You asked for it, You got it! She ain't pretty but she's mine!
that being said, I've had a few people tell me that they don't want to bring their buses to a Rally, ANY rally because they aren't done, or they aren't up to snuff, or they did it their way, or, or , or.....

I just returned from a Bus'n long weekend and a guy used this 1980 Eagle/6V92T to pull an ice-cream stand. He didn't seem to be a "busnut" per se (he may be? didn't get to talk much as he was busy selling ice cream!), but he clearly is a bus genius. Sorry no pix of interior, but the interior is drop-dead georgous, and essentially completed. Slides give the interior a large feeling. Interior decoration resembled a luxury condo with Austrailian Ceder flooring, granit countertops, framelss solid glass shower enclosure. The bus exterior is really smooth. He's doing the old "Hot Rod" trick of shaking out the joints before painting. Got a couple of fixes...nothing major. The pix tell the story! The owner lives between Atlanta and Augusta. Enjoy, JR
BTW Dallas, your bus looks great too!

I paid for a campsite and got this!
Couldn't even put the awning out! What with the cold temps and wind it didn't matter. Drink too much cool-aid and wander out the front door and.....OOPsie??
At least we had good power...and lots of buses for neighbors.
There's an LAG conversion...pretty rare..don't think I've ever seen a converted LAG. The exterior wasn't converted, but folk were camping in it. Never caught them at "home." Dallas, bus is looking Great! Better slow down on that conversion!
See you this weekend. JR
